The Architectural Review Committee will review you documentation and
indicate whether they find any issues with your submission. If they have no
objection, they will let you know.

2. Ensure that the fence is surveyed to be on the association member’s property
3. The Declaration of Covenants (Dec 5, 1981), says: “1. No fence or wall shall be erected, placed, or altered on any lot nearer to any street than the minimum building setback line or the part of the house on the lot closest to the street if that shall be further from the street, unless permitted by the Architectural Control Committee”.

§ Homeowners are responsible for maintaining abutting grass mowing and leaf
collection.
§ County is responsible for tree trimming and planting.

§ Homeowners are responsible for clearing snow and ice from abutting
sidewalks.
