Directions for Paying Your Assessments On-Line

Note that an advantage of this method is that your bank will save your account and payee information. You will simply indicate the payment amount each year and submit the payment.

1. Before you begin, you will need the following information:

· The name of your association: Derwood Station HOA No.2

· The payees address:

1. c/o The Management Group Associates

2. PO Box 105007

3. Atlanta, GA 30348-5007

· The payee’s phone number: 301-948-6666

· Your 10 digit account number with your association (listed on your invoice)

· Your bank’s online account information

2. Log into your online bank account.

3. Select the “BillPay” option. Note that your bank may have a different name for this service!

4. Fill out the required information with your association name, account number, your payment information and amount.
