Start Date: 02/01/2017 End Date: 03/01/2017	Develop final design and planting plan based on prior Trust feedback. Submit to Trust for approval and hold pre-construction and pre-planting meeting with HOA, designer and Trust staff; review other construction details
Start Date: 03/01/2017 End Date: 03/07/2017	Develop RFQ for installation and put out to bid to contractor. Review and select installation contractor and schedule contractor as well as volunteer events with the HOA.
Start Date: 04/01/2017 End Date: 06/01/2017	Installation of landscaping. RCC and HOA to conduct volunteer activity as part of installation
Start Date: 05/01/2017 End Date: 06/01/2017	Post-construction meeting with HOA, designer, and contractor to ensure practice was implemented as designed, to address any final comments, and to receive post- construction approval
Start Date: 06/01/2017 End Date: 07/01/2017	RCC and HOA to develop signage verbiage and graphics, contract for manufacture of signage. Install signage.
Start Date: 06/15/2017 End Date: 06/30/2017	RCC to conduct community outreach activity mid-summer 2017. Train select HOA board members by RCC to serve as ambassadors for the project.
Start Date: 05/01/2018 End Date: 02/01/2019	Maintenance including weeding, invasive plants monitoring, deer browse spraying, and watering on a monthly schedule.
Start Date: 05/01/2018 End Date: 02/01/2019	Evaluation of project success, visits during and after major rain events as needed through project completion.
