Public Website Transition

·      Information from this website is slowly being moved over to the portal.

1.   Board of Directors (BOD) meeting minutes will only be updated on the portal

2.   The 2024-2025 Budgets are only posted on the portal

3.   Other HOA documents will be migrated to the portal

4.   Monthly Schedule is regularly updated on the portal

HOA Board of Directors Meetings (BOD)

·      BOD Meetings are held the 4th Monday of each month beginning at 7:00pm, with the following exceptions:

·      Each year’s December meeting is usually cancelled.

·      Meetings are usually held virtually using the ZOOM conferencing application. Contact Laszlo or Chris (DH Bader Management) for final meeting schedule and ZOOM access details.
