·        2022 HOA Net Assessment of $345.00 DUE January 01, 2022

·        Gross Assessment No Change over 2021 - $360.00.

·        One-Time Credit of $15.00 recommended for all homeowners

·        Net Assessment remains at $345.00 due for 2022

·        Check your account for balance due for any past late charges or overpayments!

·        Nine homeowners have debit or credit balances

·        After payment, follow up with account (or bank or credit crd) to verify payment has cleared!

·        Pay by due date to allow for any processing delays!

·        Go to the following link:

·        https://portal.ikocommunitymanagement.com/

·        Select “Sign up”

·        Select “I don’t have a valid key”

·        Enter “Derwood Station HOA No. 2” in the Association field

·        Leave the Account field blank

·        Select “Sign Up” or “Create”

·        You will receive a response that your request ha been submitted.

·        Wait a business day or two and look for an email with your account number and registration key. Call me if you receive any other response.

·        Go to the link in step a. again.

·        Select sign up again and fill in the requested information including the account number and registration key.

·        Select “Sign Up” or “Create”

·        Once created, log in with your email address and password

·        If you forget your password, select the “forgot my password” option to reset it
